Small Group Training


Small Group Training is our exclusive training program designed to help you achieve measurable goals in an effective, efficient and energy-charged environment, utilizing the latest tools and techniques in High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This trading session has a capacity for 1-4 participants total. The SGT program is designed as a 45-minute intensive workout created in order to maximize time and efficiency by delivering twice the results in half the time of traditional group programming.

All classes offered at LHTransformations are programmed by the founder, Larry Hamilton. Larry over a decade of experience working with all fitness levels. Our fitness classes are programmed for all fitness levels. Each group fitness class is led by a certified instructor equipped with the knowledge and skills required to modify movements for all participants.

Our Schedule

Our weekly class schedule offers Circuiting Training, Yoga, Weight Training, Step Cardio and Kettle Bell HIIT Workouts
