Our Class Structure

All classes offered at LHTransformations are programmed by the founder, certified personal trainer  Larry Hamilton. Larry has about a decade of experience working with all fitness levels. Our fitness classes are programmed for all fitness levels. Each group fitness class is lead by a certified instructor equipped with the knowledge and skills required to modify movements for all participants.

Zumba

Duration: 1 Hour

Dance to great music, with the best Instructors in the Bronx! While burning a ton of calories without even realizing it. The perfect combo of fun and fitness has made Zumba® classes a world-wide phenomenon.

Bells And Body

Duration: 45 Minutes

Bells N Body is our take on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Each class embodies movement philosophies designed to create fluidity through calisthenics and kettle bell training.

Boot Camp

Duration: 1 Hour

Our most intense Boot Camp style class which  incorporates high and low movements, plyometrics, and elements from all classes offered at LHTransformations. Be prepare to sweat and to put in WORK!!

Kettle-Bell Express

Duration: 30 Minutes

Kettle Bell Express uses ballistic (explosive) swinging movements utilizing the entire body along with momentum for a unique non stop workout! . This 30 minute class combines strength training, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. As a result, you'll spend less time working out, while getting extraordinary results.

Samurai Fight

Duration: 45 Minutes

This class offers actual Mixed Martial Arts technique, while providing a high intensity choreographed cardio kickboxing blast workout! Participants will punch, kick, elbow while unleashing their inner warrior

Body Sculpt

Duration: 1 Hour

Body Sculpt offers a Cardio Step and weight lifting fusion! This creative muscle-toning class incorporates dumbbells, kettle-bells and a stepper. Each class brings its own unique challenge. No two classes are the same! This one hour total body workout will leave you drenched in sweat.

LTD (Lift Tone Define)

Duration: 1 Hour

This class offers powerful and exciting ways to burn fat and tone muscle. A combination of weight training and muscle conditioning for the entire body. This class is sure to increase strength while targeting trouble areas allowing you to look your best all year round
