The Urban Workout Challenge brings a group of  fitness enthusiast together to take on physical and mental obstacles. Participants use their environment as an obstacle course in this 90 minute workout. Covering 3 miles of running with physical challenges peppered into the workout, we break out of the walls of the gym and jump into the Urban Workout!
